Second Photographic Workshop : Panoramic Images

Wisbech High Street Project Workshop No 2

At the 2nd Photographic Workshop, Matt showed us how Photoshop can be used to “blend” together more than one photograph to create panoramic images.

For our practical part of the session we went to Wisbech General Cemetery to photograph the chapel which is about to undergo major renovation as part of another Heritage Lottery Funded project being led by The Wisbech Society. Society treasurer David Crouch introduced us to the chapel and explained the history of the General Cemetery as well as the plans to renovate the chapel and burial ground over the next year.

Matt set up his camera and gave the group tips and suggestions on how to take a photographs which could later be blended together and edited using Photoshop. The group were then left to practice around the cemetery.
